Woman’s Touch Ministry

Activities range from group Bible study, Christian book study, video study series, fellowship and prayer times. Craft meetings are sometimes held to prepare gifts for nursing home residents and shut-ins. If there is a special need among the women, due to illness, surgery, death of a loved one, or birth of a baby into the family, Woman’s Touch Ministry provides meals as needed. Welcome baskets for new moms are also prepared and delivered.
Meetings are 12:30 PM on the 2nd Thursday of every month at Bethesda Baptist Church.

WOMEN ON MISSION SAMARITAN’S PURSE
CHILD SHOEBOX PROGRAM

Bethesda Baptist Church WMU will kick off the church’s “Annual Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Program.”  This year we are providing beautiful festive boxes from Samaritan’s Purse for you to fill.  Instructions are inside each of the boxes and the boxes are located at the display in the church foyer.  Please take and fill as many as your heart tells you to take.  We have plenty more if we use all the ones already folded.  By starting early we hope to give you plenty of time to purchase your items over the next few months. Please remember to include a card or letter to the child with your address in case they wish to write to you.  Your photo can also be included.
